Theater essay | Article writing homework help

Compare and contrast the theme of money in both Moliere’s Tartuffe and Henrik Ibsen’s A Doll’s House and how it influences their main characters’ actions.

You must write 1 essay about a 2-3 pages in length, double spaced, 12 pt. Times font.. You must write your answer in the space provided for the essay question OR you can upload your essay as an attachment.  What I am looking for in your essay answers is a 5 paragraph essay format.  I want you to support your statements with specific examples from the play.  I want to know your opinion about the play you are writing about, so think critically. I have copied a paper outline below that you can use as a model when writing your answer.  This outline breaks down what a 5 paragraph essay looks like.  Again, be specific and support your thesis with multiple examples from the play.  Read over your essay before submitting it in to make sure you don’t have spelling mistakes and that your argument is clear. Also, please italicize the title of the play when writing about it.

Paper Outline Template:

-Opening paragraph giving an overview of what your paper will be about and the plays you will be analyzing.    (For example, Moliere’s Tartuffe and Henrik Ibsen’s A Doll’s House)

-Includes thesis statement, which is the point you want to make about your topic. In your case, you will focus your thesis on how the theme of money affects the actions of perhaps the characters of Orgon or Tartuffe in Tartuffe and Nora or Mrs. Linde in A Doll’s House.

(This can be about how the actions of the characters  are similar or one way they are different)
-State the first point you will be discussing that supports your thesis

-Example #1 supporting this statement.

-Example #2 supporting this statement.

(This can be about another way the characters actions in regards to money are similar or one way they are different)

-Example #2 supporting this statement.

IV. Supporting Paragraph #3: (This can be another way the characters actions in regards to money are similar or one way they are different)
