Discuss the issues that public health researchers and practitioners may encounter when trying to implement the PRECEDE-PROCEED Model in a community experiencing the specific health disparity you have chosen for your final paper:

• Discuss how you will engage the community and garner support and trust for conducting research to first identify the main quality-of-life issues related to the health disparity (the social diagnosis), and for conducting the epidemiological, behavioral, and environmental diagnoses.
• Reflect on the behavioral and environmental factors underlying the disparity.
• Explain how you would attempt to implement Phase 3 (educational and ecological assessments). Use your insights from comparing the two case studies.
